jeetbz Terms and Conditions

jeetbz (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") is an organization that provides online gaming and sports betting services. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "you" or "User") and jeetbz.

This agreement is written in English and follows the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the English version shall be considered authoritative.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

4.3 Transaction Rejection

jeetbz reserves the right to refuse or delay deposits or withdrawals in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification is incomplete
• There is suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Active bonus wagering requirements on the account have not been met
• There are discrepancies in the information provided

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jeetbz offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳42,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 15 times before the bonus funds become withdrawable.

• Wagering calculation: bonus amount × 15
• Certain games may contribute at a different rate toward wagering
• The requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus
• If not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If an attempt is made to gain an unfair advantage through bonus abuse or fraud, jeetbz reserves the right to cancel that bonus and close the account. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Using low-risk betting strategies to avoid wagering requirements
• Collectively exploiting the bonus system as a group

5.4 VIP Program

jeetbz's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher tier based on regular play and activity. VIP benefits and terms may change.

6.1 Bet Placement Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. Verify all information before placing a bet. If a bet is placed at an incorrect odds due to a technical error, jeetbz reserves the right to cancel that bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports is conducted in accordance with the following rules:

• All bets are settled based on official results
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount is refunded
• If evidence of match fixing or unfair activity is found, bets may be voided
• Live betting odds change depending on the current state of play

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated on a fair play basis. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly tested and certified by a third party.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server or technical problem, the bet will be settled based on the stage that was completed. jeetbz is not liable for losses caused by technical disruptions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeetbz and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Attempting to misappropriate funds through chargebacks or transaction disputes
• Using a false identity or committing document fraud
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage

7.2 Cyber Attacks

• Using bots, scripts, or automation software
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Conducting DDoS or other cyber attacks

7.3 Money Laundering

Using jeetbz for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds is strictly prohibited. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant regulatory authorities.

7.4 Other Prohibitions

• Harassing or threatening other members
• Copying or distributing platform content without authorization
• Posting fake reviews or comments

The jeetbz website, logo, graphics, software, content, and all design elements are the intellectual property of jeetbz or its licensors. These materials are protected under Bangladesh copyright law and international law.

8.1 Restrictions on Use

You are not permitted to carry out the following activities:

• Using jeetbz content for commercial purposes
• Using logos, trademarks, or brand names without permission
• Decompiling or reverse engineering the platform's software
• Reselling any content to third parties

9.1 Service Availability

jeetbz strives to operate its platform without interruption, however temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues. jeetbz is not liable for any loss caused by such disruptions.

9.2 Limits on Damages

jeetbz will not be liable under any circumstances for the following types of loss:

• Direct or indirect financial loss
• Emotional distress or mental anguish
• Loss resulting from the actions of third parties

9.3 Acknowledgment of Betting Risk
